About Lindsay
I help midwife the new self from the old self, into Rebirth.
I’m doing this through storytelling and in community.
I am CNBC (Childless Not By Choice) because my baby was never born. And that’s something I share with other people who identify as CNBC. I’m gathering our stories and building a collection of CNBC testimonials exploring how life takes unexpected turns, outside of our control, when we are CNBC.
In life there is the big death, the physical death of the body. There are also micro-deaths, the death of a dream, a career, a relationship, the ego dies and we grieve. When a person is CNBC, they grieve at least two deaths: the parent they believed they’d become and the baby they believed they’d bring into this world.
As an Artist, Death Worker, and a CNBC Advocate.
I trained with Nine Keys School of Death Arts (2026), NYU Graduate Film (MFA, 2013) and Trinity College Dublin (MPhil, Gender Studies, 2005).
My work is based in New York and in Ireland.
If you can relate to the work being done here, I’d love to hear your story and bring you into a circle of belonging with me and many other CNBC people.
